Dwayne Clunie was born and raised in St. Ann, Jamaica. Clunie is a full time Bass Player aboard the Norwegian Cruise line and a relatively young painter, who has been painting part-time since 1995. While his work is still evolving, he enjoys using vibrant colors to paint beautiful beach, sunset, and landscape scenes.

He also enjoys painting cultural scenes, which includes children at play in rural settings, folks dancing and playing musical instruments and market themes. He has exhibited aboard the cruise ship, at various Art and Craft markets in Jamaica, and art shows in South Carolina. Clunie’s inspiration came from his neighbor’s beautiful cultural themes. He is currently working towards opening his own art gallery one day.
