The Art of Yoga

This workshop style class that features a unique, creative project each month. Workshops will include: yoga practices that are accessible to all participants; a creative project, as well as all the supplies and materials you will need to complete the project. Advance registration only. 

To kick off our inaugural Art of Yoga Workshop, Julie will be teaching us how to draw colorful mandalas. Learn the basics of drawing mandalas using colored pencils and pre-drawn guide lines. Please register by 6:00 am on April 12. Cost $40

I’m honored to offer a variety of hand made items at Celestial Wellness — A cooperative wellness space — in Juno Beach, Florida. The studio space is open ten to fifteen minutes before and after scheduled yoga classes, workshops & when receiving scheduled, healing service.

I am equally honored that my handmade goods are now available at Nova Luna Yoga & Wellness — a studio in the Port St. Lucie area that is under new ownership. This space is open 10 minutes before and after scheduled Yoga Classes & Workshops.

Items available include: herbal foot soak, essential oil sugar scrub, lavender eye pillows, warming neck wraps & cat toys stuffed with local, homegrown catnip, homegrown Luffa slices. Oracle Deck

Starting with the 2024 new year, I began a morning creative art free flow practice: While still in bed, I journal about sleep and dreams, then draw a circle and doodle, draw and color it in. Then I journal a bit more: what does it feel like> what does it remind me of? Sometimes I draw mandalas, there are a lot of common themes and some times very distinct imagery pushes through. Its been an incredible practice and someday, maybe in 2025 I will begin to render some of my drafts into finals that can be collated into an oracle deck!
