Office Visits

My office is located near the Police Station in Juno Beach, FL at Celestial Wellness. It is a very peaceful environment, walking distance from the beach. Availability is limited, please schedule office visits a few days to a few weeks ahead of time. I recommend allowing 15-30 minutes before or after your session to explore the nearby “Pierless” beach walkover. Available amenities: hot towels, heated table, open floor space, cell phone charge, extra blankets and bolsters. All healing modalities are available at the office.

Receive a massage in the comfort of your home; I’ll come to you with a massage table or mat. Additional fees may apply (consultaion, travel, stairs, etc). Most healing modalities are available in your home.

Outdoor Sessions

Outdoor spaces are the ideal way to connect to nature. I recommend most energy sessions to be scheduled out in nature. Outdoor treatments are weather pending and we will always have a backup plan. Table massage is not available outdoors.

Special Events

I am available to provide Massage Therapy for events, parties, retreats and celebrations that will have a quiet, relaxed vibe. If you need multiple massage therapists, I can arrange that too!

In 2007, I attended the Academy of Palm Beach in Lake Worth, Florida, completing a 610 hour Massage Therapy training. Shortly after, I attended the Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy’s 1020 hour training in Albany, NY. I struggled to start a successful business in New England and moved back to Florida in 2010. In 2011, I began working as a Massage Therapist at the Jupiter Beach Resort in Jupiter, FL.

In 2013, I began building my own business as a massage therapist and I absolutely love what I do. Historically, I offer a heavy-handed massage (deep-tissue, sports, etc), but I am also attracted to the subtle ways of influencing the body to heal and restore itself, employing: energy work, yogic principles, kinesiology, Somatic Mindfulness, et al.

I specialize in deep comfort, relaxation, and nervous system regulation, helping you connect with your body through love and intention. Each session is customized to the needs of your body; You’ll leave feeling, rested, nurtured and cared for. Each session is opened and closed with energy work adapted and informed by many modalities, teachings and experiences.

I recently studied with Fernando Rojas, a bodyworker, author, and educator, learning about and integrating Somatic Mindfulness into my massage practice.

“Somatic Mindfulness is an integration into massage therapy that prioritizes body awareness, mindful presence, and efficient, value-driven touch to facilitate sensory motor awareness, support the body's innate intelligence, and optimize the client's therapeutic experience. At the heart of Somatic Mindfulness is bringing heightened awareness and presence to the massage therapy session. This includes both the therapist's own somatic awareness-their ability to tune into and work with their own body sensations and movements—and their attunement to the client's somatic experience.”
