Cancellation Policy
If you are sick, let me know. It is important to me that you rest your body. We can reschedule in a couple days when you are feeling better. If I am sick, I will communicate with you and reschedule our session a couple days later when I am feeling better.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please be respectful of my time and let me know AS SOON AS POSSIBLE by texting me something like: “I need to reschedule (or cancel) our next session!” I know life gets busy, but let’s please respect each other’s time.
If you need to cancel or reschedule within the 24 hour window due to schedule conflicts or poor time management, please Zelle or Venmo your appointment fee as prepayment for your next session. I’ll record the date and amount paid as a credit to your next session.
If you are cancelling out of financial strain, please confide this information in me. I would be happy to work out a payment plan with you.
